My wife who is a Realtor with Prudential, got this email today, so I thought I’d post it:

WARNING!!! There is a scam artist selling Vegas zip codes for a 1-800-REALTOR commercial. The sales reps name with Our Family First Realty is Rex Harris. He has a list of prime time stations he says the commercial will air on nationwide. He gives a personal guarantee in writing that you will receive your money back if you do not close any deals as a result of the commercial. This is a total scam. Their address on Buffalo Drive is a P.O. box (mail to that address gets returned as address unknown), their original phone numbers have all been disconnected, and the Our Family First Realty owner has 33 pages of leins filed against him with 3-4 leins/page. Many Prudential agents were victims of this scam. If you are one of them, please email Delinda Crampton at delindac@americanagrp.com with your contact information.

I’m sure once they realized they’ve been busted with Prudential, they’ll move on to other brokerages in town. So if you are contacted by someone soliciting for Vegas zip codes for a 1-800-REALTOR commercial, it’s probably bogus.
